Choosing a Service Partner shouldn’t be something you take lightly. I can’t stress enough to please beware and take extreme caution when choosing a business to partner with. They are not all created equally and you don’t want to find yourself in a bad spot with a Service Partner who dropped off the face of the Earth and won’t return your phone calls or have run off with your paychecks ( we hear of this often and it’s pretty sad ).

Meet The Team


Melissa Adams


Melissa Adams owns Work at Home Solutions and started with Arise in January 2008. Jeff has serviced clients with Arise over the years. Melissa now focuses her full-time attention on supporting CSPs in the IB and no longer services a client or works outside of the home.  


Melissa has been in this business for nearly 14 years and has much knowledge of Arise, the process, and the clients. She has made and maintained many relationships with the client personnel and contacts at Arise. 


Augusta Pyles

Assistant / Service Support Manager

Augusta started working with Work at Home Solutions in 2012. She has serviced 5 clients in the time she has been with Arise. Augusta has been the assistant since 2012 when she decided that working a set schedule just was not for her. She is a stay-at-home mom of  1 sweet little boy, 4 fur babies,  and a wife.


Arise was more convenient with being able to schedule work when she wanted to work and around life events, family, etc.


What is an IBO?  Why do I need one?  Can't I just work by myself?

This is something that we hear all the time and I’ve dedicated this page to help answer those questions for you. You do not have to become a Service Partner, often referred to as an IBO or IB, in order to partner with Arise. You may join an existing Independent Business which is what Work at Home Solutions is.

What exactly is an IBO or IB?

IBO stands for Independent Business Owner and an IB is an Independent Business. An Independent Business is a duly incorporated or registered business entity which has been contracted by Arise to provide services for a fee. An Independent Business is owned by an Independent Business Owner (IBO). An Independent Business Owner (IBO) is simply a person who owns an incorporated entity and operates their business through it. As a CSP (Client Service Professional) you can’t work with Arise independently on your own. Arise now recognizes IBO's or IB's as Service Partners. 

What exactly is an IBO or IB?

  • You get individual support from your IBO and other CSP’s who are also in the IBO.

  • Joining our IBO will cost you less than running and maintaining your own.

  • You don’t have to worry about the legal aspects of running a business.

  • It’s easier to work, earn a paycheck and be done. It’s less hassle for you.

Why would someone want to join an existing Independent Business?

A Client Support Professional (CSP) might want to join an existing Independent Business to save on incorporation costs and to avoid spending time on managing their business. They may also be looking for guidance, support, and best practices in order to be a successful Client Support Professional (CSP). Joining Work at Home Solutions will cost you less on a monthly basis than opening and maintaining your own LLC which is why 9 out of 10 CSP’s choose to join an IBO. Please note at any point, as a Client Support Professional (CSP), you are able to start your own company We have CSP’s who start out with us being their IBO then depart later to start their own LLC.
